ABOUT

Cyan Lin is an illustrator based in Beijing，China. Lin’s illustrations focus on narratives inspired by the world around us. Her work centers on women as she draws on her own personal experiences and situation as a female designer. The characters in her illustrations have some traditional modality, involving vintage references. Passionate about studying the relationship between people and society, Lin’s style and choices of color palette are bright and warm. The resulting images are clean and fresh. The audience is engaged in a playful and light-hearted visual language developed through vibrant digital drawings. In this way, the people, animals, scenes and objects of everyday life are portrayed through characters that make the viewer smile.
